Group Program
Feeling stressed, anxious and lost?
THRIVE is a small group program (max 10 participants) tailored for adults (18+) who feel anxious, stressed or confused as they navigate relationships, work, study and pressures of living. THRIVE aims to educate and equip you to meet life’s challenges by empowering you with knowledge and tools to tackle the common hurdles of stress and anxiety. Drawing on the latest evidence in neuroscience, mood research, compassion-focused skills and cognitive-behavioral technique, THRIVE balances a focus on relief and tools in the present with opportunities to reflect on the big picture of who you are and the personal goals you have.
Following the success of the 2024 groups, we are currently taking expressions of interest for groups commencing in March 2025 - to register your interest, fill in the EOI below!
Course Goals

Understand stress and anxiety and what it means for you

Respond and apply strategies to cope with triggers

Learn immediate strategies to lower anxiety and manage stress in the present

Understand the long term effects of anxiety and how it impacts your health, social interactions, sense of self and confidence achieving meaningful goals

Develop long term strategies to help strengthen your sense of self and improve your health and interactions

Build up your confidence across situations

Navigating perfectionism and procrastination

Apply what you learn in the world of dating, study, work, friendships and beyond.
Course Structure
THRIVE is a skills based program designed to stand-alone or complement individual therapy. Groups are kept small, to a maximum of 10 participants. The program focuses on a psycho-educational approach with shared discussion encouraged, but participants will not be required to share personal or sensitive information about their own experiences.
