Effective September 28th 2026 our cancellation policy will be updated. 

 

We understand that unexpected events happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Due to the high demand for our service, all clients must comply with our strict cancellation policy outlined below. Medicare rebates are not available for missed or cancelled appointments.

Our business days are Monday–Friday. For example, to cancel a Monday appointment at 9am, please give us notice by 9am Thursday. 

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time 100% of the fee will apply. 

If an appointment is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment time 50% of the fee will apply.

​​​It is important to remember that a late cancellation affects three parties:​

The clinician: Your therapist has dedicated time to prepare specifically for your session that cannot be recovered.

The client: Consistency is important for therapy progress; missed sessions can disrupt your momentum.

Other clients: A late cancellation prevents another client on our waiting list from accessing that time slot.​​​
