The clinician: Your therapist has dedicated time to prepare specifically for your session that cannot be recovered.

The client: Consistency is important for therapy progress; missed sessions can disrupt your momentum.

Other clients: A late cancellation prevents another client on our waiting list from accessing that time slot.
