We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations to offer the allocated time to others. Cancellation within 24 hours' is subject to the full session fee.

We understand emergencies may arise; please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.

24-48 hours notice: 50% of fee
48 hours - 7 days notice: 25% of fee
