Director
Ashleigh Bullot MA, PhD, MAICD
As Director of My Psych Clinic, I handle the strategy and operations that keep high-quality mental health care running smoothly across Brisbane.
​
I’m a researcher by trade, not a clinician. With over 15 years of experience, my job is to bring a strict, evidence-based lens and sustainable business practices to private practice.
I focus on building sustainable, resilient services while fiercely protecting the wellbeing and career growth of our clinical teams. Alongside my Director roles, I also lend my strategy and governance experience to various community organisations through Board work.

Simon Bullot
I direct the financial strategy, operations, and compliance for My Psych Clinic in Brisbane.
As a Chartered Accountant, I bring deep financial acumen to the executive team. With nearly 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce, my job is to bring a sharp financial and strategic lens to private practice.
I focus on fiscal responsibility, robust financial planning, and compliance. In short: I handle the numbers, business strategy, and long-term sustainability so our clinical teams can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.
Team Director - Toowong
Holly Smallbone
I came into the Team Director role at the same time we established our Toowong Clinic in August 2025. My role is multifaceted and continues to grow as the new clinic expands in size and ideas. Since we launched, a large part of my role has been to bring the new practice to life and show our community who we are and what sets us apart from other psychology practices. I love building relationships and finding innovative ways to connect with and support our community.
Another important part of my role is balancing the needs of the business with the needs of individual psychologists and clients. I use my clinical experience to help inform decision-making within the management team and to provide clinical guidance and support to my team. I lead a small team of psychologists who are at various stages of their career and have different needs. I maintain oversight of policies and procedures and ensure that as a practice and individually we are all compliant with legislation and the Code of Conduct.
I work collaboratively with the Team Director of the Eight Mile Plains clinic, Veronica, to facilitate cross practice support where needed and develop and implement business ideas for both practices. Both Veronica and I also work closely with the Practice Manager and Senior Receptionist to facilitate smooth operations between our clinical work, client support, and administrative processes. I am also currently working towards becoming a Board Approved Supervisor in the near future.
Team Director - Eight Mile Plains

As the Team Dierctor for the Eight Mile Plains clinic, I support all of our psychologists at My Psych Clinic on clinicial matters.

I am a Clinical Neuropsyhologist with over 10 years of expeirence in psychological practice. I work to ensure the psychologists at My Psych Clinic are working in line with the Code of Conduct while feeling supported to embrace their unique therapeutic style within the private practice setting.
I focus on providing clinical guidance and support to meet the needs of our psychologists while enforcing safe practice. This is done through supervision, risk management support, and oversight of policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with legislation and the Code of Conduct.
Practice Manager
Kate Sexton
Kate is the Practice Manager at My Psych Clinic, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports the delivery of high-quality psychological services.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) through Swinburne Online in 2025, continuing her pathway toward a career in Organisational Psychology.
Kate began her career at My Psych Clinic as a receptionist and progressed to Senior Receptionist before stepping into her current leadership role. With a background in International Business, majoring in Human Resource Management, she brings a strong interest in workplace wellbeing, team development, and creating systems that support both clinicians and clients.
