I’m a researcher by trade, not a clinician. With over 15 years of experience, my job is to bring a strict, evidence-based lens and sustainable business practices to private practice.

I focus on building sustainable, resilient services while fiercely protecting the wellbeing and career growth of our clinical teams. Alongside my Director roles, I also lend my strategy and governance experience to various community organisations through Board work.

I direct the financial strategy, operations, and compliance for My Psych Clinic in Brisbane.

As a Chartered Accountant, I bring deep financial acumen to the executive team. With nearly 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce, my job is to bring a sharp financial and strategic lens to private practice.

I focus on fiscal responsibility, robust financial planning, and compliance. In short: I handle the numbers, business strategy, and long-term sustainability so our clinical teams can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.

As the Team Dierctor for the Eight Mile Plains clinic, I support all of our psychologists at My Psych Clinic on clinicial matters.

I am a Clinical Neuropsyhologist with over 10 years of expeirence in psychological practice. I work to ensure the psychologists at My Psych Clinic are working in line with the Code of Conduct while feeling supported to embrace their unique therapeutic style within the private practice setting.

I focus on providing clinical guidance and support to meet the needs of our psychologists while enforcing safe practice. This is done through supervision, risk management support, and oversight of policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with legislation and the Code of Conduct.

Kate is the Practice Manager at My Psych Clinic, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports the delivery of high-quality psychological services.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) through Swinburne Online in 2025, continuing her pathway toward a career in Organisational Psychology.

Kate began her career at My Psych Clinic as a receptionist and progressed to Senior Receptionist before stepping into her current leadership role. With a background in International Business, majoring in Human Resource Management, she brings a strong interest in workplace wellbeing, team development, and creating systems that support both clinicians and clients.
