Clinical Supervision
Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved Clinical Supervisor with 10 years of experience across private practice, public health, and community mental health settings. She has worked with people of all ages dealing with anxiety, stress, mood difficulties, trauma, and relationship challenges. She is especially passionate about trauma recovery and helping clients navigate its impact in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Sarah believes therapy is about more than just problem-solving - it’s about gaining insight, building resilience, and making changes that feel right for you. She takes a warm, down-to-earth approach, creating a space where clients can be themselves while working through the things that matter to them.
Trained in a range of evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sarah tailors her approach to each person’s needs. She is committed to making therapy genuinely useful and incorporates routine outcome monitoring to track progress every session. By regularly checking in on what’s working (and what’s not), she ensures that therapy stays on track, remains meaningful, and continues to meet your goals.
Outside of therapy, Sarah is a mum to a young daughter, and when she's not enjoying time with her family, you can find her reading novels that would never win literary prizes, but are endlessly entertaining nonetheless.
