Managing uncertainty and stress related to illness
Rebecca is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both the public and private sectors. She has worked to support adolescents and adults in managing anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as adjusting to major life change and chronic disease management. She is particularly passionate about
supporting individuals to improve their overall wellbeing and achieve their goals.

Rebecca has extensive experience working in medical multidisciplinary teams to help manage chronic conditions such as tinnitus, diabetes and epilepsy. Using a biopsychosocial approach, she can help you cope with the stress of managing these conditions, build sustainable routines, manage uncertainty and reconnect with parts of life that matter to you.
Rebecca uses a person-centred, strengths-based approach, grounded in collaboration and compassion. She works to understand your values, build practical skills, and enhance resilience to create meaningful change.
Trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) she offers short to medium term therapy, working towards an agreed upon goal.
Rebecca is a board approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and can offer clinical
supervision to psychologists, clinical psychology registrars and university placement students.
