Matt’s style is relaxed, empathetic, and down-to-earth. His approach is evidence-based, but not one-size-fits-all. Matt’s focus is helping clients feel more equipped to manage life’s challenges.

Matt also brings experience from creative industries and business consulting, which helps him understand the pressures that can come with work, study, performance, creativity, leadership, and major life decisions.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys photography, playing guitar, and composing music. He completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland.
