+15 Adolescents to Adults

Holly enjoys working with adults and older adolescents across a range of different backgrounds. Holly has a warm, empathic and non-judgmental therapeutic style and aims to build strong and trusting therapeutic relationships. She believes that a strong client-therapist relationship is key for therapeutic change. She uses evidence-based therapies, drawing from CBT, ACT, CFT, and DBT. She uses a neuro-affirming approach to treatment and regularly engages in professional development and supervision in this space. Holly fosters a safe space, where feedback is encouraged, and clients actively participate in shaping their goals and treatment plans.
