Ella is a warm, person-centred psychologist who is passionate about supporting and empowering individuals across all stages of life. She takes a gentle, collaborative approach, valuing the input of clients as the experts in their own experiences and striving to meet people where they are at with curiosity, respect, and genuineness. Her hope is that clients leave sessions feeling valued, understood, and equipped with the insight and practical skills to navigate life in ways that feel meaningful to them.
Ella draws from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema-informed Therapy to tailor support to each individual’s needs, goals, and values. She has experience across both public and private sectors supporting people with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and addiction. Ella has a particular interest in working with autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent adolescents and adults, and aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can feel free to express themselves authentically.
Ella completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland. Outside of work, she enjoys indoor climbing, crocheting, spending time in nature, planning her next adventure, and spoiling her cat, Nico.
