Anushri is a warm, client-centred psychologist with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. She is known for her emotional maturity, compassion, and empathic presence, and for creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and deeply understood.

Anushri brings experience from community mental health settings, including working with families and children living with chronic pain. Her therapeutic style is strongly grounded in relational safety. She values being welcoming, approachable, and caring, while remaining mindful that safety can look different for each person depending on individual life experiences. Anushri approaches therapy with curiosity and humility, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives, and works collaboratively to support their insight and growth.

She values acceptance and transparency, and uses warmth, gentle humour, and a conversational approach to build trust and create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences in their own time. Anushri draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and goals.
