Alexis is a warm and open person who prioritises your goals for therapy. He enjoys working with adults and older adolescents from a range of different backgrounds. His therapy focuses on exploring and understanding his client’s problems collaboratively and creating specific goals to achieve together in therapy. He uses a range of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, CFT & MCT) flexibly, to best fit his therapy style with what you feel works best for you. As well as a range of evidence-based measures to track outcomes from therapy as clients progress towards achieving their goals. Alexis focuses on creating a space where you feel safe to share and explore your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours, to create positive change in your life.
