Sarah is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), and has recently completed a Master of Professional Psychology.
She has experience working with children, young adults, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), allowing her to tailor interventions effectively for this area of work. Her warm and empathetic demeanour creates a safe environment where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts and emotions. Committed to building trusting therapeutic relationships, Sarah focuses on facilitating meaningful therapeutic progress across all age groups. She is passionate about understanding human behaviour and emotions, particularly how therapeutic relationships empower individuals to navigate challenges and enhance their well-being through evidence-based and holistic approaches. Her enthusiasm for psychology is driven by a genuine desire to guide individuals to overcome personal challenges and improve their overall quality of life, particularly with life adjustments, career and academic difficulties, self esteem and stress management.
